Job Description
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Plumbing) to support and manage plumbing and sanitary projects in Singapore. The role involves coordination, documentation, and site support to ensure projects are completed in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements
- Prepare necessary documents for authority submissions (e.g. BCA, PUB)
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing works
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
- Supervise site works and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly
- Support tender and quotation preparation when required
- Ensure proper documentation, including reports and project records
- Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in plumbing / sanitary projects
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings related to Plumbing & Sanitary works
- Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT for project drawings
- Able to interpret drawings and understand project requirements for different work areas
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates with experience in leading a team will be an added advantage
Additional Information
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm OR 9:00am - 6:00pm (subject to project requirements)
- Work Location: Project sites across Singapore
