Job Responsibilities:
Document Control & System Management
- Manageand maintain project document control systems (e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint,Aconex)
- Ensureproper filing, version control, and accessibility of all project documents
- MaintainDocument Register, Drawing Register, and Material Register
- Trackdocument submissions, approvals, and revisions
Project Administration & Coordination
- Supportproject teams in submission tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinatebetween HQ, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitordeadlines and follow up on outstanding submissions
- Prepareand maintain project reports, logs, and records
Quality & Compliance
- Ensurecompliance with company SOPs and project requirements
- Conductregular checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness
- Supportaudits and ensure proper documentation records
System Support & Continuous Improvement
- Manageuser access and permissions for document systems (e.g. OneDrive)
- Providesupport and guidance to site staff on document processes
- Identifyopportunities to improve document workflows and efficiency
Reporting & Data Support (Value-Add)
- Generatereports and dashboards on document status and project progress
- Supportdata analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel / Power BI
- Assistmanagement with data-driven insights and tracking
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum3-6 years of experience in construction document control or projectadministration
- Familiarwith document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex, ACC, OneDrive)
- Strong knowledge of document control processes,version control, and submissions
