We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our leadership team and help drive the successful delivery of complex, high-profile projects across the region.

The Role

As Project Director, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients, project teams, and the business.

You will:

• Lead the successful delivery of complex projects from concept through completion
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders
• Guide project strategy, quality, commercial performance, and risk management
• Align multidisciplinary teams around project goals and delivery objectives
• Navigate complex project challenges and drive effective solutions
• Champion collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams
• Support business development initiatives and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Foster a culture of mentorship, professional growth, and delivery excellence

What We're Looking For

You are a respected project leader with the experience, judgment, and presence to guide both people and projects through complexity.

You likely bring:

• 15+ years of experience delivering complex architectural, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects
• A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing sophisticated client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and project delivery expertise
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

Professional registration and substantial experience managing large-scale projects are highly valued.
