Project Director

. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications.

. Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale railway communication projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

. Deep working knowledge of railway communication systems and technologies, particularly in the context of urban rail networks.

. Proven experience working with Singapore's LTA and MRT/LRT operators is a must.

. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
