The Company

Our client is a well-established property development and investment group in Myanmar with a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. The organization is focused on strengthening its market position through enhanced branding, customer engagement, and disciplined commercial strategy. As part of its next phase of growth, the group is expanding its project delivery capabilities and is seeking experienced professionals to support and lead large-scale developments.

The Positions

1) Project Director

This role provides overall leadership for large-scale, high-value developments, overseeing end-to-end delivery from design through to construction and handover. The position is responsible for defining project strategy, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring execution across complex components including luxury high-rise towers, villas, basements, and infrastructure. It carries full accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder management at the highest level.

2) Construction Project Manager (Mixed-Use Development)

This role leads the planning and execution of luxury mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on high-rise residential and commercial components alongside villas and infrastructure. It involves managing design coordination, procurement, construction supervision, and handover processes, ensuring delivery to premium quality standards, within budget and timelines.

3) Construction Planning Manager

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project planning and scheduling across design, procurement, and construction phases. It focuses on developing integrated master programs, conducting critical path analysis, and driving coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of complex developments.

The Person

The organization is seeking experienced professionals with a strong track record in delivering large-scale luxury high-rise and mixed-use developments, ideally with exposure to complex, multi-component projects including towers, basements, infrastructure, and premium residential components. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership capability, technical depth, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors across full project lifecycles.

Candidates currently working overseas or with international exposure are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those interested in returning to Myanmar to contribute to landmark developments. Strong communication skills, including the ability to operate effectively in both Burmese and English, are important to succeed in this role.
