Project Director (Major A&A Projects)

A leading construction group is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee New Build and major A&A projects. This senior role will drive project delivery, strengthen civil & structural capability, and mentor future leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from pre‑construction to completion and handover.
• Set execution strategies, programmes, and resource plans.
• Provide technical guidance on civil, structural, buildability, and methodology.
• Oversee cost, programme, quality, safety, and contractual performance.
• Build strong client, consultant, and authority relationships.
• Champion safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Mentor Project Managers and strengthen organisational capability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years project management experience, with strong Singapore exposure.
• Proven track record in large‑scale New Build projects (S$30m+).
• Experience in major A&A projects advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of planning, contracts, WSH, and regulatory requirements.
• Commercially astute with excellent leadership and stakeholder skills.
• Professional Engineer, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM, and productivity tools beneficial.
