Project Director

1) Overall in-charge for submit tender for renovation and carpentry work projects

2) Prepare works schedule and monitor progress of construction works

3) Prepare and submit monthly claims

4) Liase with owner, designer for shop drawing and design for construction works

5) Train workers, supervisors for carpentry work installation

6) Help to source for materials samples and submission to client for approval

7) 6 days week

8) Long working hours

9) Candidate with a clientele base will be added advantage
