Job Summary:
To support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead electrical, signal and automation
construction works across Singapore, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering
projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the COO to multiple electrical, signalling and automation construction
projects
Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely
delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality outcomes
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project managers, ensuring effective
implementation of decisions.
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring strong coordination among
internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors, consultants)
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality
and regulatory standards
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Monitor project performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management
Oversee budgets, contract administration and project scheduling
Engage clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and systems
Required Qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale or multi-disciplinary
projects
Proven track record in delivering large scale complex projects within construction,
engineering, or related industries
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication
