Project Director

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery - design, procurement, construction, and handover.

• Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.

• Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.

• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives.

• Provide executive-level reporting and risk management to senior leadership.

• Actively participate in tendering and business development for future project pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or related.

• Experience:Minimum 10 years of local construction experience in Singapore.At least 5 years in Facade industry, preferably with tender experience.

• Ideally with commercial, institutional and hi-tech project experience

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, project financing, contract management (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), and authority requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
