Join a leading hyperscale data centre operator to take full ownership of a live Singapore campus and a new greenfield development. This role replaces a leader who has been promoted, with a clear line of sight to broader regional responsibility.
What You'll Lead
- End‑to‑end delivery of large DC builds: design, civils/MEP, fit‑out, commissioning and handover.
- On‑site leadership of a small senior client team plus Tier‑1 main contractor and key specialist trades.
- Programme and cost control on fast‑track builds with complex critical systems and long‑lead equipment.
- Interfaces with authorities and utilities (power, telco and relevant Singapore agencies) to secure approvals and connections on time.
- Alignment with operations and customers to achieve safe start‑up, uptime targets and clean handover.
Who This Is For
- You've delivered data centres or mission‑critical assets (DC, IPP/CCGT, fab, hospital, large industrial) in Asia.
- You have owned all major workstreams, not just a single technical vertical.
- You are comfortable running big sites and senior stakeholders – from contractors and consultants to management and investors.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction/Project Management (or equivalent experience).
