Aurex Group is partnering with the premier developer of mission-critical, high-density infrastructure across the Asia Pacific. Backed by unprecedented institutional capital, they are aggressively scaling a 3GW+ regional pipeline.
We are mandated to find a Project Director to take total commercial and operational ownership of a major active site and a highly confidential greenfield mega-build in Singapore. Created as a direct backfill for a recently promoted leader, this position offers a proven trajectory for upward mobility within a hyper-growth environment.
What You Will Deliver
- End-to-End Execution: Drive the physical delivery of multi-billion-dollar greenfield campuses (60% on-site, 40% corporate office).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a dedicated team of Project Managers, enforcing a culture of extreme accountability and proactive problem-solving.
- Contractor Command: Direct Tier-1 main contractors and EPCs, aggressively mitigating supply chain bottlenecks for advanced M&E systems.
- Regulatory Navigation: Secure critical permitting and high-voltage utility approvals within Singapore's strict regulatory environment to maintain fast-track schedules.
The Profile
- Mega-Project Track Record: Proven experience delivering massive, highly complex construction projects in Asia (e.g., advanced manufacturing, gigafactories, aviation, or major industrial infrastructure).
- Uncompromising Drive: A proactive leader who anticipates commercial and operational roadblocks rather than reacting to them.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills, capable of managing senior regional stakeholders and influencing major external partners.
- Technical Foundation: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
