Project Designer (Architectual & Interior)

JOBDESCRIPTION:

. Conceptualising and designing of homes and interior spaces

. Engage in enquiries, project proposals and dealing contracts

. Assist & Interact with clients as well as our Business Partners

. Complete all proposals and designs on schedule

. To project/design manage and meet construction schedule

. Design works ranging from concept proposals, technical drawings, finishingspecifications up to turn-over of

project.

REQUIREMENTS:

. Minimum Diploma in Architectural and Interior Design

. Working experience in Interior Design Company Design & Build Industry an advantage

. Good in design conceptualisation, working drawings & details with knowledge ofAuto Cad/Chief

Architect/Sketchup or other design software

. Good presentation, marketing & communication skills

. Good work attitude with passion for designing

. Proactively follow up on sales leads to secure contracts and meet sales targets.

. Responsible,self-motivated and good Team Player
