Application Onboarding Artifact Management: Maintain and implement process centralized repository for all application onboarding artifacts, This involves ensuring version control, accessibility, and proper organization of these critical documents, contributing to a streamlined and efficient onboarding process.
Project Status Tracking and Meeting Management: Actively participate in application-focused project meetings, diligently recording minutes and action items. This includes preparing agendas, distributing minutes to attendees, and following up on action items to ensure progress. This role will play a key part in maintaining project transparency and accountability.
ISS Meeting Management and Communication: Attend and actively participate in ISS synchronization meetings. This includes meticulously documenting discussions, decisions, and action items, and distributing comprehensive minutes to relevant stakeholders. This ensures clear communication and facilitates effective collaboration within the ISS domain.
Onboarding and Resource Management: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including Beeline system onboarding (likely a resource management tool) and maintaining accurate inventory of laptops and other assigned hardware. This involves coordinating with IT and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding experiences.
Vendor Project Tracking: Collaborate closely with Vendor Professional Services Organization (PSO) members to track project progress and ensure alignment with overall objectives. This includes regular communication, reporting, and proactive identification and resolution of potential roadblocks.
Jira Project Management: Monitor and track Epic deliverables within Jira, ensuring accurate updates and reflecting the current project status. This involves collaborating with project managers and development teams to maintain a realistic project plan and proactively identify potential schedule risks.
Audit and Compliance Risk Support: Assist in the execution of audit and compliance-related tasks. This may include:
Gathering and organizing evidence: Compiling documentation and data requested by auditors.
Tracking remediation efforts: Monitoring and documenting the progress of corrective actions implemented in response to audit findings.
Policy and procedure adherence: Helping to ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
Risk identification and assessment: Supporting the identification and assessment of potential risks related to information systems and data security.
Control testing: Assisting in the execution of control tests to verify the effectiveness of security controls.
