Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will play a key supporting role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Project Management Support

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across all phases.
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and status reports to track milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation including project briefs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively flag risks or delays to the Project Manager.

Project Execution

  • Set up, process, and manage work orders in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding action items, ensuring accountability across project stakeholders.
  • Support on-site or operational activities as required during project execution phases.

Administrative & Coordination

  • Maintain organised project files, records, and databases for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates within 1-2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations support will have an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with work order management or project execution workflows is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
