Project Coordinator

. Interpret construction drawings and specifications.

. Ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans and standards.

. Provide technical advice and solutions on-site.

. Follow-up on Material Testing and Procurement

. Maintain records such as site reports, inspection records, and material delivery notes.

. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

. Identify site issues early and propose practical, timely solutions.

. Escalate critical problems to senior engineers or project managers when needed.

. Conduct inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.

. Ensure that quality control procedures are followed.

. Identify and rectify any defects or non-conformances.

. Track work progress and report to Project Managers

. Assist in planning daily work schedules and resource allocation.
