Project Coordinator (Specialised Logistics)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily project activities (packing, moving, relocation)
• Work closely with operations teams to deploy manpower and equipment
• Be the main point of contact for clients during projects
• Attend site visits and ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee on-site work such as packing, loading, and equipment positioning
• Ensure safety standards and proper handling of machinery
• Prepare basic documentation (method statements, checklists, permits)
• Coordinate with vendors such as transporters and crane operators
• Track project progress, timelines, and flag any issues early

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in coordination or logistics is a plus
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Comfortable with site work and a fast-paced environment
