Role: Project Coordinator / Scrum Master
Role Overview
Drive Agile delivery execution, sprint governance, and cross-team coordination for enterprise digital transformation programs. Ensure delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement across multi-vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks and dependencies.
- Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness.
- Coordinate across business, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps and infrastructure teams.
- Produce delivery dashboards and management reports.
- Support release coordination, environment readiness, and go-live activities.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years as Scrum Master / Project Coordinator.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
- Jira / Confluence proficiency.
- Strong reporting and planning skills.
- Insurance or financial services exposure.
Preferred
- Large-scale transformation program experience.
- SAFe / enterprise Agile exposure.
