Role Description:

The Project Coordinator / Project Assistant plays a key role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time. This position involves coordinating various project tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that resources, timelines, and goals are aligned.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning and scheduling, preparing project reports and presentations, and monitoring project milestones. You will help with resource allocation, track expenses, and maintain project documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly. The Project Coordinator / Project Assistant will also assist in managing risks and resolving issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management processes while developing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
