Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, where some tasks can be performed remotely. The Project Coordinator / PMO Assistant will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including coordinating project schedules, tracking deliverables, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating project documentation and assisting in the planning and execution of programs and initiatives. The role requires effective organization and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to oversee initiatives and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess project performance and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and facilitate team discussions.
  • Experience with Program Management to effectively support and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, are advantageous.
