Job Summary
Support project delivery by coordinating with teams and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of corporate office fit-out projects, working full-time on-site.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute assigned project tasks effectively
- Coordinate communication and activities between project and design teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, budget, quality standards, and ensure smooth handover
- Manage contractors on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components
- Work full-time at the job site to oversee daily operations and resolve issues promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Executive in Design & Build or similar environment
- Experience in corporate office fit-out projects, including new builds and renovations, with knowledge of MEP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word familiarity with MS Project is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with subcontractors and team members
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic project demands
- Willingness to work full-time on-site
- Training will be provided
