Job Description
We are a local printing company looking for a Project Coordinator to support daily operations and manage jobs from order to delivery.
What you'll do:
Coordinate printing jobs from confirmation to delivery
Communicate with customers, production team, suppliers, and drivers
Prepare job orders, DOs, and related documentation
Arrange deliveries and follow up on timelines
Handle ad-hoc tasks related to projects and logistics
What we are looking for:
Fresh graduates welcome. Training will be provided
Candidates with 1-2 years of project coordination experience will be an advantage
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
