Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Sales / Project Manager on success of program / project assigned
- Prepare & establish project planning which include coordination, tracking & budgeting
- Ensure customers requests are attended in timely manner
- To co-ordinate with various departments internally and customers
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing
- Providing assistance to colleagues with their inquiries
- Assisting to create Sales Item Master (IM) by using ERP system
- Preparing sales report
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested
Position Requirements
Education Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Experience Level Requirements: 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
Skills Desired:
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and project management skills
- Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage
- Resourceful in problem solving
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
