Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales / Project Manager on success of program / project assigned
  • Prepare & establish project planning which include coordination, tracking & budgeting
  • Ensure customers requests are attended in timely manner
  • To co-ordinate with various departments internally and customers
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Performing day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing
  • Providing assistance to colleagues with their inquiries
  • Assisting to create Sales Item Master (IM) by using ERP system
  • Preparing sales report
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested

Position Requirements

Education Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field

Experience Level Requirements: 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry

Skills Desired:

  • Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and project management skills
  • Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage
  • Resourceful in problem solving
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
