Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports on milestones, costs, schedules, and issues.
Ensure timely submission and management of RFIs, permits, work orders, purchase orders, and change orders.
Support the site team with logistics, documentation, and procurement tasks.
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Conduct or attend site meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Help manage budgets, invoice verification, and progress claims.
