Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage AS/RS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor milestones, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure projects remain within financial targets.
• Organize and document project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and system requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor installation, commissioning, and testing of AS/RS equipment on site.
• Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans in coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, manuals, and contracts.
• Support procurement activities, including preparing RFQs, evaluating vendor proposals, and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation, or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation systems, material handling, and project management principles.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in industrial/automation projects.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and project reporting is an advantage.
