Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Review the assigned Projects and understand the unique project requirements.
• Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system.
• Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors.
• Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery.
• Work closely with sub-contractors and inter-departments for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met.
• Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly.
• Prepare Project Schedule in MS Project and MS Excel for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma with minimum 1-year Valve and Actuators relevant experience in project management
• Preferable with working experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel
• Knowledge in SAP systems an advantage
• Must be meticulous, responsible and keen to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working location at Jurong West Area
