Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Communicate with manufacturers regarding product defect reports, and coordinate as well as monitor replacement shipments until final resolution.
• Manage project delivery and logistics coordination.
• Prepare and issue Work Memos.
• Participate in stock-taking exercises across all warehouses (scheduled every June and November, e.g. 9am-3pm).
• Manage and update sales staff enquiries on 3rd-party delivery costs, including date/time confirmations.
• Co-manage container unstuffing activities.
• Co-manage the receipt and release of goods.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirement

• Strong communication skills to liaise with manufacturers on defect reports and replacements
• Experience in project management, delivery, and logistics coordination
• Dipolma in any field
