Project Coordinator - Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Management of purchasing process and logistic for the lab
• Coordinate NPI projects, including printer allocation and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
• Manage NPI prototype builds and ensure materials are ready on time.
• Prepare and follow up on required project documentation to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with logistics suppliers for warehousing and in-house storeroom operations.
• Ensures timely completion of shipment requested by providing consultation to stakeholders for completion of custom invoice and shipment request form
• Handle purchasing processes and coordinate lab-related logistics.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Admin, or any relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in analysing and tracking expenses
• Knowledge in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance
• Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations
