Key Responsibilities

Below is the job description for open position

  • Project Planning & Scheduling
    • Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect changes.
  • Resource Coordination
    • Organize and allocate resources (materials, equipment, personnel) in collaboration with project managers and department leads.
    • Track inventory and procurement needs for ongoing projects.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and compliance records.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
    • Facilitate meetings, distribute agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Identify potential risks and escalate issues promptly.
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
