Project Coordinator

Job Description

. Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all the phases.

. Assist the construction manager in preparing a schedule for different projects.

. Assist the construction manager in the closeout process and ensure appropriate filing of all paperwork.

. Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies.

. Supervise and facilitates equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.

. Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.

. Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers.

. Manage and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project requirements, timelines, and expectations are met.

. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

. Diploma in construction management, engineering or Equivalent.

. Self-driven, with positive attitude.

. Good interpersonal skills and time management.

. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
