Job Summary
We are an established ACMV company involved in installation, upgrading, and maintenance projects across Singapore. Due to business expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Project Coordinators.
This is a great opportunity for Diploma holders or ITE holders who are keen to build a career in the engineering and construction industry. Structured training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with main contractors, clients, and suppliers to facilitate project requirements and resolve issues
- Prepare and organize project documents, reports, and work schedules to maintain accurate project records and support decision-making
- Monitor site progress regularly to track milestones and ensure projects meet deadlines
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment delivery to optimize resource allocation and maintain workflow continuity
- Enforce compliance with safety standards and company procedures to uphold a safe working environment
- Participate in site meetings to provide updates and collaborate on project planning and problem-solving
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports and manage project documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills demonstrated through effective liaison with project stakeholders
- Responsible, organized, and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to both office and site environments

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 per month
