Morgan McKinley is seeking a Project Coordinator/ Junior Project Manager for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Champion: Understand customer needs and anticipate market trends to contribute to achieving financial goals and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Operational Architect: Map and analyze business processes to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and serve as an advisor to country-level operational teams, unlocking new levels of performance.
- Strategic Partner: Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth, develop comprehensive strategies, and integrate solutions and recommendations with existing programs to drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project management with multiple team members.
- Experience in project management, ideally with PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Strong experience in driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis in a customer service organization.
- Strong skills in process flow documentation and literature.
- Exposure to root cause analysis methodologies.
