Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Monitor & Report Project Progress, ensure smooth and project On Time Delivery (OTD)
• Compile Project documentation and planning
• Liaising between respective parties (Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, consultant)
• Represent company in project coordination meetings
• To ensure outsourced contractors good standards are met on installation and rectification works.
• Coordinate and assist project team on progress claims

Job Requirements

• GCE N Level, O Level, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
• Good working attitute, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Required skills: MS Excel and MS word
• Knowledged in Fire Protection System is preferred
• Able to read technical drawing
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license
