Job Summary

Support project management by coordinating site preparation, stakeholder communication, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery of machinery installation and mechanical & electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Report project status and updates to the Project Manager and collaborate with all project team members
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Prepare and coordinate site preparation activities and submission documents for project approvals
• Develop detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource plans to optimize project execution
• Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design tasks to support project needs
• Identify technical issues proactively and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress
• Coordinate and enforce safety management systems on site to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Supervise site coordination and installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to ensure quality deliverables
• Monitor and report project progress regularly to stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of Singapore standards and Codes of Practice relevant to project execution
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or site supervision
