- Interior Fit out/ ID Main contractor with numerous well-known collaborated brands such as - Isuzu Opel, Far East Shipping, Farrer Park Hospital, Nanyang Optical, Konica Minolta & More.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that site workers are adequately trained and equipped to carry out works in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
- Liaison with clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
- Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out
- Develop good communication and engagement with the client
Requirements
- At leastt Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, or equivalent
- Good knowledge and experience in commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
- Experience in planning and supervision of all operational activities
