Project Coordinator (Interior Design)

About the Role

Studio Luuseed is an architectural-based design-and-build practice in Singapore.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the on-site execution of our interior design projects. The role requires close coordination with multiple trades and a hands-on approach to ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the required standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with tradesmen and suppliers to execute design intent

Oversee day-to-day site operations, including site cleanliness and organization

Facilitate quality control, order, and adherence to site safety requirements

Adopt a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to site matters

Requirements

12 years of relevant project coordination or site experience

Class 2 or 3 driver's license preferred

Proficient in English; ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Fabrication or hands-on technical background will be an added advantage
