Job Summary
Join Transglobe Interior Pte Ltd as a Project Coordinator to proactively support interior design projects by managing coordination, site activities, and project documentation, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress
- Attend internal and external project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to maintain project momentum
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and documentation to track progress and compliance
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project objectives
- Prepare and manage project correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes to maintain accurate records
- Identify and resolve operational or technical issues on-site to minimize disruptions and maintain quality standards
- Monitor project costs and assist in implementing cost-control measures to support budget adherence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to read construction and shop drawings to support technical understanding and project accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to efficiently manage project documentation and communication
- Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
