. Assist Project Manager in the coordinate of project management activities and ensure all works progress are executed in a smooth and effective manner
. Attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
. To coordinate & liaise with site personnel, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, customers and team member for all project matters
. Responsible for effective cost planning, budget estimates and progress reports for projects
. Taking off quantities, sourcing and liaising for suppliers and subcontractors for quotation, collate price comparison, procurement and etc.
. Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with Clients and Subcontractors
. Coordinate daily activities of workers duties and ensure they performed in a proper manner
. Conduct daily site inspection to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirements
. Assist Project Manager in carrying out Risk Assessment for projects
. Allocating resources, materials and check in work done by sub-contractors
. Assist with daily paperwork, procurement of materials and proper documentations
. Resolves site problems proactively and seek advice from Project Manager
