Project Coordinator (Graphic Design)

Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator (Graphic Design), your primary focus will be to liaise closely with our team of graphic designers to ensure the seamless execution of visual projects, including coordinating with vendors for photography and videography. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local and remote design teams to ensure product listing images accurately represent our brand identity, colors, prints, and products.

• Review and provide feedback on product listing images to ensure they meet quality standards and are visually appealing to customers.

• Develop comprehensive shot lists for photoshoots and video shoots in alignment with mood boards and brand guidelines.

• Coordinate with photography and videography vendors to ensure timely execution of projects, accurately following shot lists and storyboards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors.

• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for visual content creation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Experience in graphic design coordination or a similar role is a plus fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong organizational and time management skills (plus point)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, remote graphic designers, and external vendors.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for ensuring visual content meets quality standards and is visually appealing to customers.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with a design-related major are welcome to apply.

• Must be able to communicate professionally in English and Chinese, as you will need to liaise with overseas vendors from the USA and China.
