Job Summary
You will perform precise on-site glass measurements, install and repair glass products, provide effective customer service, and collaborate with teams to meet business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark glass accurately on-site to prepare for installation or repair
- Read and interpret drawings and glass specifications to guide installation and servicing tasks
- Install, dismantle or repair glass and mirror products in residential and commercial settings if assigned
- Use independent judgment to deliver timely and effective customer service
- Provide administrative support to maintain high customer satisfaction and sales efficiency
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to support business operations and customer requirements
- Manage team members and resolve problems at job sites to ensure smooth project execution
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Local Class 3 Driving Licence (essential for job-related travel)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Core Trade certification in Doors and Windows Installation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the glass industry or related field in Singapore
- Basic multilingual communication skills to interact with diverse customers and teams
- High attention to detail for precise measurements and quality workmanship
