Project Executive
Working days & time: Mon - Fri, 10am - 6:30pm
Location: Bendemeer | Client Site
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Job Scopes:
- Oversea the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
- Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
- Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.
- Prepare basic reports and updates for management
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
