Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects across the region, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, keeping all parties informed about project updates, milestones, and changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and partners.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create comprehensive reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough project execution and documentation.
