Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in tracking project progress to ensure timely completion of site work according to schedule
• Coordinate site activities to verify compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project expenses to maintain costs within the allocated budget and report variances proactively
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly by applying efficient and effective problem-solving techniques to minimise delays
• Participate in site meetings with Clients and Consultants to communicate project status and address concerns
• Prepare and compile documentation, including detailed monthly progress reports, to support project transparency and decision-making
