PROJECT COORDINATOR-CUM-DRAFTER

Job Description:

• Coordinate with project team on site architectural works on a daily basis to ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure subcontractors and workers carry out architectural works according to approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare technical and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD for submissions and approvals
• Disseminate correct information, instructions, and shop drawings to subcontractors and workers
• Liaise with subcontractors on technical issues
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building / Construction, or related disciplines
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Dynamic, good team player, and able to work well with people
