Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Assist the Project Manager in daily work arrangements, site coordination, and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Technical Certificate or Diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Relevant site experience and basic safety knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible with a proactive and positive working attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
