Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish

  2. Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource plans

  3. Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and site teams

  4. Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards

  5. Monitor project progress and resolve site issues effectively

  6. Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting

  7. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and conduct risk assessments

  8. Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities

  9. Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor performance

  10. Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates

  11. Oversee project completion, inspections, and handover processes

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant construction project management experience

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Familiar with construction documentation and site coordination
