- Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 12.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate daily site activities, including work scheduling and planning.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to workers effectively.
- Supervise and manage site workers to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in on-site rectification or troubleshooting works when required.
- Enforce and implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders and follow up on issues raised on-site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Possess ITE certificate preferably in the electrical / mechanical field or other related engineering field with some hands-on technical experience.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the construction industry with prior experience supervising a team of workers.
