Project Coordinator (C&S)

LTA project experience is preferred

. Design, coordinate, plan and manage the civil and structural projects assigned.

. Liaise with architects, clients, consultants and other parties involved for the design of Structural and civil engineering works.

. Conduct structure analysis.

. Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications.

. Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities.

. Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.

. Prepare technical submissions for approval.

. Coordinating with all trade team for Structural Work in both design and construction stage.

. To ensure proper handover of project to client.

Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.

The project coordinator (Civil/Structural) role is to ensure that civil and structural works are built in accordance with approved Structural Plans, Architectural Drawings and cast-in SWCs services are provided as per CCSM and Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings
