PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Description:

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, trade contractors or authority's officers on site survey, site arrangement & work progress

• Possess a good understanding on client's as-built drawings and specifications for site survey. Handle complaints related to the projects

• Ensure proper communication and liaising with clients on project schedule

• Assist in preparation of claims submission as well as certification of claims to clients

• Working Hours: Mon - Sat (9am-6pm)

Job Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 2B / Class 3 Driving License in Singapore

• Riding / Driving experience and understand the traffic rules and regulations in Singapore

• Must be able to ride motorcycle or drive commercial van

• Possess own transport vehicle will be an advantages

• Transport allowance for own transport

• Able to read and understand As-built drawings is a must

• Good knowledge in MS Powerpoint / AutoCad

• As least 2 years of experience in Project Coordination
