Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation Management: Schedule and coordinate initial consultations between clients, designers, and site leads.
- Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor demolition and renovation milestones, ensuring work aligns with the project timeline.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact for sub-contractors and vendors to ensure materials and manpower are deployed on time
- Documentation: Assist in preparing progress reports, site photos, and safety documentation (WSH compliance).
- Quality Control: Ensure that the final output meets the firm's quality standards and client specifications.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: A Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong command of English (written and spoken) to manage consultations and explain technical progress to clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is a plus but not mandatory
