Assist with project planning, schedules, and progress tracking
Coordinate communication among internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Work together with project team to ensure that the Bills of Quantities are promptly updated and assist in preparation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
Track Procurement Status, manage material delivery schedule, monitor project inventory
Maintain project documentation: Submittals, Change Orders (VOs), Meeting Minutes, Site Reports and As-Built Records.
Assist the Admin/Account in the follow-up payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regard to project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time.
Maintain Health, Safety and Compliance documentation, support safety meetings.
Requirement
Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
1 - 2 years of experience in relevant industry
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
